Jeff Zhang

Director of Consulting

Jeff has travelled a career path with extensive line experience in all sales and trade marketing functions in multi national companies as Pepsi Cola International, United Biscuits, General Mills, Gillette and P&G.

He was promoted as the youngest Area Sales Director of Gillette/Duracell/Oral B Division & National Sales Director of Braun in Gillette China by leading the Gillette Group Key Account team in achieving record sales in the history of Gillette China along with improved trading terms. He led the development of the Gillette advanced Trade Marketing Operation and Retail Development System in mainland China and Taiwan.

Jeff Joined Glendinning in 2007 as Director of Consulting. His extensive experience across: Multiple industries (FMCG and Durable Good), Multiple channels (inc. CPG, B2B Retail Consumer), Distributor and Wholesaler Routes to Market, Multiple Functions (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Key Account Management, Sales IT system and Process projects).

His key specialities include: Go to Market Strategy, Sales Strategy, Channel Development Strategy, Field Team Management & People Capability Building, Trade Marketing Management, Key Account Management and Distributor Management.
